These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of My Daily Pulse ("the App"), operated by BudgetWithHak. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account & Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- One account per person. Your account may not be shared with or transferred to others.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose: personal budgeting, financial tracking, and related features. You may not:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
3. Your Data
- You own your financial data. We do not claim any ownership over budget entries, receipts, or other content you create.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
- The App is a tracking and organizational tool — it does not provide financial advice, tax guidance, or investment recommendations.

4. Payments & Subscriptions
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your credit card information.
- Subscription fees, if applicable, are billed at the frequency stated at checkout.
- Refund requests can be made by contacting us within 14 days of purchase.
5. Service Availability
We aim to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. The App's offline features will continue to work during service interruptions.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BudgetWithHak is not liable for any financial decisions you make based on data in the App. We are not responsible for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control, though we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
7. Account Termination
- You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
